Our Returns & Refunds Policy is designed to make shopping for modern home décor and luxury furniture simple and stress-free. Customers can return eligible items within 30 days in original condition, while made-to-order décor and furniture qualify for store credit refunds only. We ship from local and international warehouses to ensure fast delivery, and our return process is quick, transparent, and customer-friendly.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery as long as they are in original condition and original packaging.

+ Items Eligible for Store Credit Only

Some items are specially made or customized, so they are not eligible for cash refunds. These include:

* Made-to-order décor (e.g., Moss Art, Wall Panels)
* Furniture pieces
These can only be refunded as store credit.

You can choose either Store Credit (fastest option) or Refund to your original payment method

+ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll assist you with an exchange or replacement immediately.

+ Pre-Order & Back-Order Items

Pre-ordered and back-ordered items have extended production timelines. Refunds for these items follow the same rules above, but processing may take longer due to manufacturing queues.

+ Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is not covered by Mandy. Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive your return, please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

+ Cancellation Fee

All order cancellations come with a 5% processing fee. This covers non-refundable transaction costs charged to us by Shopify and payment providers.

+ Warehouse Location Notice

We have several factories and fulfillment centers located in the United States, Canada, Dubai, Sweden, Australia, and Asia.

Our team allocates your order to the nearest warehouse with available stock so you receive your item as quickly as possible.

If an item is currently not available in your closest warehouse, we will ship it from our international facility.

This process allows us to serve customers worldwide efficiently while keeping our product quality consistent.

This does not affect your return rights.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and product availability.

For items in our local warehouses (US, CA, AU): 3–10 business days

For items shipping from our international warehouse: 7–20 business days, depending on your region.

We always choose the fastest route based on stock levels and demand.

Why do some products take longer to arrive?

Some of our items are produced in small, carefully managed batches.

When demand is high or when a product is on pre-order, production time can take a little longer.

This ensures:

  • consistent build quality
  • no shortcuts in craftsmanship
  • premium materials and finishing

If your item is in our production queue, we will keep you updated every step of the way.

What does “pre-order” mean?

Pre-order items are products currently in production. They are made on demand to maintain quality and avoid mass-factory overstocking. Pre-order items typically take 30–45 business days before they ship. Once shipped, they follow the normal delivery timeframe.

Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking updates may take 1–4 business days to appear depending on the courier.

Why do you have multiple warehouses?

Our fulfillment system allows us to:

  • ship faster to customers in different regions
  • keep popular products stocked locally
  • maintain a consistent production quality
  • avoid long delays during peak seasons

This hybrid logistics approach helps us deliver great products at competitive prices.

What if my order contains multiple items?

If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This helps us speed up delivery and ensure each item comes from the best-stocked facility. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

Do I need to pay any extra fees on delivery?

In almost all cases, no. We handle the majority of processing fees on our side so your package arrives safely and smoothly. If any additional fees are required due to your country’s import rules, we will provide guidance based on your region.

What your return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

If your item isn’t the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s in original condition and packaging.

Some items are eligible for refund to store credit only.

All cancellations have a 5% fee to cover non-refundable Payment processing costs. You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Mandy. Once we receive your item, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

Are any purchases final sale?
